Summary

I have a wide range of experience working in different Small to Medium Enterprises in the Customer Support, OS, Network, Database Administration, ERP Implementation, Data Migration, and ERP Administration disciplines.

Most recently concentrating on ERP Consulting/Technical Support and Development with Epicor ERP at Polyaire Pty Ltd.

During my career I have been exposed to many different functional and technical aspects of ERP in a varying range of industries.

Living in mostly the Microsoft Ecosystem, throughout my career I have worked with teams on numerous projects, including ERP data migrations (Epicor to Epicor and Other to Epicor migrations), running and administering Epicor ERP on Azure IaaS and On-premise environments, encompassing development for third party integrations with Epicor Functions and the Epicor REST API. I have also worked closely with stakeholders for requirements gathering, support and training.

I have a high motivation to provide customer solutions that lever the full capabilities of the systems customers have purchased, using a Trusted Advisor approach to assist with meeting the requirement.

Working remotely for the majority of the time, I leveraged my skills and experience to assist Polyaire in achieving a successful go-live after an extended implementation process. During the last 18 months of the project.
